Mare Trust AG is an entrepreneurial/operationally active stock corporation under German law (AktG) with a focus on investing in shipping companies. The financing of its own entrepreneurial activities is carried out through the issuance of share capital. The business operations are to be significantly expanded through further capital increases.
We invest in building a ship fleet, primarily consisting of coastal motor vessels, container feeder ships, multi-purpose freighters, and bulkers up to a size of 30,000 DWT, involving capable German shipping companies. Target projects are used seagoing vessels that are revalued through proper management. Special returns are expected from a buy-and-sell strategy.
