You are not required to use the Shareholder Portal or to provide personal data for this purpose. However, if you wish to use the portal’s features, certain data is necessary. Without this data, the functionalities cannot be provided securely. We only collect the data that is strictly necessary for this purpose.
Registration / Login
Before using the Shareholder Portal for the first time, you must register. You will receive the link to the registration page separately via email.

  • Date of birth

  • Confirm password
You must also check the box to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then click the “Register” button.

The use of your email address for the “Forgot Password” function is based on your prior consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
To access the Shareholder Portal, you must log in using your username and password. For enhanced security, after successfully verifying your login credentials, a one-time confirmation code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter this code in the designated field to gain access to the portal.
This procedure ensures that only authorized individuals or institutions can access the information available in the Shareholder Portal and use its features. Additionally, the time of login is recorded.

In the Shareholder Portal, under the “Profile” section, you can view the following data that you provided during initial registration:
  • ID (Auto-generated value)
  • Username
  • Email address
  • First name
  • Last name (for institutions: company name)
  • Date of birth
  • Registration date
We use this data to match your information with the shareholder register.
Additionally, as a shareholder, you will find a variety of useful information and documents under the “News” section. Please treat this content as confidential.
Information About Your Rights
You have the right to request information about the personal data we have stored about you. You also have the right to correct inaccurate data. Under certain conditions, you may request the deletion of your data or the restriction of its processing (e.g., if your data has been processed unlawfully).
