Capital Increase Round 11.0

Mare Trust AG successfully registered capital increase round 11.0 on December 15, 2025. One million one hundred thousand new shares were issued at €8.00 each, raising equity for future projects. The total number of shares now stands at 28,1 million.

Capital Increase Round 10.2

Mare Trust AG successfully registered capital increase round 10.2 on August 21, 2025. One million new shares were issued at €7.30 each, raising equity for future projects. The total number of shares now stands at 27 million.

Interim Information on Capital Increase 10.2

The last capital increase round 10.1 with 1 million shares at an issue price of 7.30 EUR/share has been successfully implemented with registration in the commercial register on 07.03.2025.
The registration process for capital increase round 10.2 (1 Million shares at an issue price of EUR 7.30/share) is currently underway at the Oldenburg district court. As soon as the registration has been completed, we will adjust the figures accordingly. All shareholders will then receive a detailed Email with all the important Information.
The new share capital flows as equity into new projects, which continuously increase the fixed assets of Mare Trust AG.

Interim Information on Capital Increase

The last capital increase round 10.1 with 1 million shares at an issue price of 7.30 EUR/share has been successfully implemented with registration in the commercial register on 07.03.2025.
The new share capital flows as an equity component into new projects, which continuously increase the fixed assets of Mare Trust AG.

Registration of Capital Increase

The capital increase round 10.1 of 1 million shares at an issue price of 7.30 €/share has been entered in the commercial register at the Local Court of Oldenburg.
General Note on the Increase of Share Capital:
Based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Mare Trust AG (“Company”) on 16.09.2022 with the approval of the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board has been authorized by way of an amendment to the Articles of Association until 15.09.2027, with the consent of the Supervisory Board, also excluding the statutory subscription right, to increase the share capital by issuing new no-par value registered shares against cash contribution and/or contribution in kind, once or several times, by up to Euro 10,000,000.00 (Authorized Capital 2022). The corresponding amendment to the Articles of Association was entered in the commercial register on 13.10.2022.
